Gehringer Brother's Estate Winery was conceived in 1973 when Walter Gehringer studied winemaking in Germany and graduated from the University of Geisenheim with a degree in viticulture and oenology. The winery has crafted a tradition of excellence, attaining VQA status and winning numerous awards by dedicating to capturing the essence of the grape. Today the winery boasts 22 wines and produces 30,000 cases annually from its 18 hectare vineyard located at latitude 49°10' N in Oliver, BC.
